Phase 2 of the ongoing banner has introduced two new characters, a five-star named Luocha and a four-star unit known as Yugong. The game keeps expanding their playable roster and it seems like each new update introduces multiple five-star and four-star units. This character has made multiple appearances during version 1.0 where he was introduced as an NPC. Honkai: Star Rail has released an official trailer for one of their upcoming five-star characters, the popular Wind user known as Blade.
